    Ernest Grotsky possesses an extensive career in commercial construction management that spans over 30 years. A savvy businessman and negotiator, Ernest Grotsky has won project bids with budgets as high as $38.3 million. Ernest Grotsky has more than proven himself on the field, approaching team building, safety procedures, and training with a hands-on mindset. Ernest Grotsky most recently served at CB, Richard Ellis in Washington, D.C. As a Senior Project Manager, Ernest Grotsky oversaw the development of numerous projects. Ernest Grotsky held responsibility for documentation, negotiation, and build-outs of these projects, all while staying within budget and deadline. At this time, Ernest Grotsky also helped launch the relocation of the company’s office space. As a result, CB, Richard Ellis achieved a considerable increase in profits. Ernest Grotsky has also functioned as a Project Manager for Brooks Construction, John S. Clarke Company, LLC, and EBI Detroit, Inc. During his tenure with these companies, Ernest Grotsky spearheaded projects for Eveready; the Seventh Day Adventist School; and the hazardous materials facility at North Carolina A&T State University, where he is a member of the School of Technology Construction Program Advisory Board. As a Building Inspector for the state of Florida, Ernest Grotsky enforced building regulations for the Sarasota county government. Ernest Grotsky also inspected the $18.5 million 3M construction site in Livonia, Michigan, to verify that it passed all local, state, OSHA, and 3M safety codes. Previously, as President of G&W Masonry Systems in Columbus, Ohio, Ernest Grotsky learned the concrete masonry trade, subcontracting work for industrial, school, and government projects. Ernest Grotsky excelled in the concrete business, subsequently establishing Construction Systems of the Palm Beaches, Inc. The company offered services such as concrete pumping, concrete subcontracting, and general contracting. During its successful 12 years in operation, Construction Systems of Palm Beaches, Inc. completed projects for The Coca-Cola Company, Bloomingdale’s Inc., General Electric Company, and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. Ernest Grotsky is past President of the Associated General Contractors and the Mason Contractors Association of America. Holding an Associate of Science in Architectural Construction Technology from Henry Ford Community College, Ernest Grotsky is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Construction Management from North Carolina A&T State University.
