After obtaining my DNTS "Management of the production and quality", I worked for MECACHROME as project officer in cooperation with BMW Rolls-Royce in parallel ensuring the compliance of aircraft parts.
In 1999, I worked for PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN in the plant of Aulnay sous Bois and the Technical Centre of Velizy-Villacoublay in Quality departments. Over the years I have developed my technological skills in the various mechanical fields of vehicle.
From January 2008 to December 2010, I joined FAURECIA Japan at Yokohama (Seats Department), as Program Quality Engineer for Nissan.
After this experience of three years in Japan, I returned at PSA Peugeot Citroën to develop the organization of the Control Tower Worldwide (TDC): Transverse Quality Department with the objective to resolve defects and failures of all PSA vehicles.
Since July 2011, I live in Hoboken, NJ (United States).

2011 - 2011• Created proposal for communication of quality control issues between 3 continents (Europe, China, Russia and South America)
2008 - 2011• Worked with Japanese partner (NHK) to establish liaison with manufacturing plants located in France and China
• Monitored the supply of seat components for NISSAN by providing technical specifications and ensuring quality control
• Ensured quality performance as required in FAURECIA rules
• Follow-up of the project throughout the development and during the life of the vehicle for the Japanese, European, North American and Asian market
2005 - 2008• Identified patterns in product breakdowns for individual vehicles and across 5 product lines
• Collaborated with product experts to identify quality control problems
• Follow-up of action plans with the manufacturing site to remedy defects by carrying out targeted controls and unit tests over a given period
• Suggested for product improvements in terms of styling and design in order to correct defects
1999 - 2005• Responsible for the ground link which includes engines, gearbox, thermal engine and air-conditioning
• Responsible for ensuring the quality of manufacturing prior to the launch of mass production
• Responsible for working groups made of four to five experts for quality incidents during assembly
• Conducted meetings with suppliers (VALEO, BOSCH, DELPHI, FAURECIA, HUTCHINSON, SACHS…)
• Member of the responsiveness quality group
1998 - 1999• Responsible for the conformity of the low pressure lower casings of BMW/Rolls-Royce reactor according to aeronautical quality requirements
