1) Business turnover at the second month of taking control, EBITA increased from -2.0% up to 6.0%, 2010 YTD EBITA of 10.5%.
2) Inventory value decreased in 25% after four months of improvements.
3) ISO 9001:2008 certification acquired in the first 6 months of QMS implementation.
4) Product transfer executed successfully in just three months.

Lead for the successful launch of an state of the art JIT facility for Chrysler, responsible from the facility construction, assembly line design, construction, installation & debugging, and external facilities installation and debugging (power plant, fire system, CCTV, access control, etc.) also lead for implementation of all quality systems of the plant from scratch, development of all APQP documentation (PFMEA´s, CP’s, SWI´s, etc.), Engineering Changes costing and implementation, also playing the ISO/TS 16949 lead auditor role, customer relationship lead, and management representative for the ISO/TS 16949 third party audit, dual reporting structure, reporting functionally to a Quality Director and to an Engineering Director and operationally to the Plant Manager, having 9 direct reports, (5) Engineering & Maintenance, (3) Quality and (1) IS .

ACHIEVEMENTS:
1) PSO/PPAP validation from customer obtained on time.
2) Quality & Manufacturing performance metrics at world class levels since first year of production.
3) Plant selected for corporate quality award “Plant of the year worldwide” as finalist on 2009.
4) Customer quality score at 100% with 0 PPM’s and 0 NCT’s.
5) Acting Operations Manager for 6 months due to Management restructuring.
