Enealia Nau, a Brooklyn attorney for 14 years, is known for her skills in reaching agreements that benefit homeowners in residential foreclosure proceedings.
Enealia Nau represents clients in foreclosure defense, real estate transactions, wills and probate, and property-related litigation. In the legal community, she is considered an excellent representative of residential homeowners in foreclosure proceedings.
Enealia Nau has effectively completed more than 50 loan modifications to decrease clients†interest rates and/or reduce their principal, while at the same time convincing the banks to waive any deficiency. During the last 3 years, she negotiated more than 30 short sales; she also directed over 50 real estate closings with not a single client buyer ever seeing foreclosure. Active in her profession, Nau belongs to the American Bar Association and Brooklyn Bar Association.
In addition to her efforts as an attorney, Enealia Nau has served as a licensed real estate broker with NauCorp Properties, Inc., in Brooklyn for more than seven years. She manages the firm and oversees agents in addition to selling and listing residential and commercial properties.
Involved in real estate even outside of NauCorp Properties, Inc., Enealia Nau maintains membership with the Brooklyn Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She also donates her services by offering first-time homebuyer courses in Bedford-Stuyvesant and by volunteering for the Pratt Area Community Council. In her spare time, Enealia Nau enjoys making stained glass, gardening, reading, listening to music, and traveling.
Enealia Nau graduated from Hunter College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Continuing her schooling at Queens College of the City University of New York, she completed her Masterâ€s degree in Education. At Bank Street College of Education Nau earned Certification in Educational Administration. She earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University.
