Having worked with people in many capacities and settings including as staff, board member, and external learning partner in businesses, conferences, storefronts, schools, offices, and board rooms has allowed me to develop a big picture outlook with a simultaneous sense for details. This perspective grounds my work and also allows me to envision and create successful strategies for sustained outcomes on a larger scale.
