A Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Dr. Ronald H. Kienitz, DO, oversees the Honolulu-based Concentra Medical Centers as Medical Director. In addition to his executive position with Concentra Medical Centers, Dr. Ronald H Kienitz, DO, has served as an expert medical witness for various Hawaiian courts, including those under maritime and military jurisdiction. He has worked with the Hawaii Workers’ Compensation Board Review and previously served on the Hawaii Medical Conciliation Panel.

Over the course of his career in medicine, Dr. Ronald H. Kienitz, DO, has served in a number of diverse positions related to his field. After receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University and competing his internship and residency, he began working as an emergency physician, first for the Michigan Osteopathic Medical Center and then for the Garden City Hospital Emergency Department near Detroit. Later, Dr. Kienitz worked as a staff physician before functioning as Medical Director for Queen’s Health Care Centers. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Blood Bank of Hawaii, Hawaii Medical Development Company, and Honolulu Physicians' Exchange.

Dr. Ronald H. Kienitz, DO, maintains a number of certificates and licensees affirming his medical expertise. He holds board certification in preventative and occupational medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Preventative Medicine. Additionally, he is a Certified Medical Review Officer and FAA senior medical examiner. Dr. Kienitz is licensed to practice medicine in Hawaii, California, and Michigan. He has previously published work in such outlets as The Physiologist and the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association.
