Dr. Molly Hall
Chief Academic Officer, Vice President, Premier Health Partners
A veteran of the United States Air Force, Dr. Molly Hall today serves as the Chief Academic Officer and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Premier Health Partners (PHP). Serving as the primary link between PHP’s affiliate training institutions and the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine (WSU BSOM), Dr. Molly Hall oversees the continuing medical education of 365 WSU BSOM-sponsored physicians in training. Additionally, Dr. Molly Hall maintains an active role with the school itself as a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and the Associate Dean for PHP. Dr. Molly Hall possesses extensive experience in leading academic institutions. Before joining PHP, Dr. Molly Hall served as Dean of Graduate Medical Education for the United States Air Force, where she directed Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) education programs for thousands of physician officers and physicians. Dr. Molly Hall also designed curricula for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, where she served as Associate Professor and Assistant Chair of the Department of Psychiatry. Serving the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, Dr. Molly Hall also held positions as Director of Air Force Medical Consultants, Clinical Consultant for Psychiatry to the Air Force Surgeon General, Clinical Department Chair of Malcolm Grow Medical Center, and Air Force Director of Residency Training for the Psychiatry Residency Program. Dr. Molly Hall began her formal education as an undergraduate at Yale University. Committed to academic excellence, Dr. Molly Hall graduated Magna Cum Laude with a combined sciences degree in Biology and Psychiatry. Dr. Molly Hall next decided to pursue her doctorate from Cornell University Medical College. A member of the national medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha, Dr. Molly Hall consistently demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of her program and an ambitious desire to exceed academic expectations. Upon receipt of her specialty board certification, Dr. Molly Hall took several supplementary courses in Aerospace Medicine and Military Leadership.
