Hello, I am a telecom engineer with 20+ years experience in telephony, TDM, VoIP and multimedia deployments. In 1998 I filed the first patent for the Nortel CS 1000 Succession product. Previously the Chief Engineer for the Symposium Call Center Group.
Deployed major solutions for companies such as Dell Inc., NCR and Deloitte Touche. All were VoIP or VoIP hybrid solutions.
