Daniel Rubén Odio-Páez - BiographyDaniel R. Odio is the owner of Cardéa Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage. He also started DROdio Real Estate, Inc, a residential real estate brokerage. Both are based in Alexandria, VA with offices in Las Vegas, NV. Daniel is also the owner of RebateReps.com, a nationwide network of over 525 rebate real estate agents.
Daniel has been featured on CNN, CNBC, The Wall Street Journal (see picture at left) and many other publications, for his innovative use of technology in the real estate market.
Daniel is also the owner of Cniper.com, an eBay sniping service.
Daniel's background and strengths are in sales and marketing, although Daniel also codes in ColdFusion and can implement databases such as mySQL.
Prior to his real estate career, Daniel was the VP, Sales of AcceleratedServers, a Beowulf supercomputing cluster company whose customers included the Department of Defense and the entertainment industry, including Paramount Pictures.
Daniel was also a member of General Electric's Technical Leadership Program while an executive at GE for several years, working in Latin America, including Brazil and Argentina. Daniel graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce, speaks Spanish and Portuguese, and splits his time between Washington, DC and Las Vegas, NV.
