For 10 years, Daniel Hohal has served insurance claimants as a member an insurance group based in Pennsylvania. He began his career as a trainee in the group's early intervention unit, where he gained experience in injury verification and information gathering. Upon promotion to the group’s complex claims unit two years after his initial start date, Daniel Hohal deepened his expertise in case development.
Daniel Hohal has collaborated closely with a variety of professionals involved in insurance claims. He understands the role of claimant attorneys, external investigators, and policyholders, as well as medical and rehabilitation personnel. He draws on an in-depth knowledge of the settlement of highly litigated claims.
Experienced as a senior claims representative and legal specialist, Daniel Hohal has since served as a coordinator in the complex claims unit. He now holds a supervisory position, in which role he leads the assigning of new cases as well as case negotiation processes.
An avid motorcyclist in his free time, Daniel Hohal has participated in the Roar to the Shore Motorcycle Rally in Wildwood, New Jersey. He also belongs to the American Legion Riders, a group of legion members who share their enthusiasm for motorcycles while raising funds for charity. Mr. Hohal also maintains active membership in the Slovak Club and the Ukrainian Literary Association, the latter of which he serves as a board member.
