    Summary

    I direct and manage Professional Services Organizations with P&L responsibility leveraging an in-depth technical background with strengths in cultivating and expanding internal and external relationships. I am passionate about building and motivating results-oriented, high value talent to deliver record revenue and margins. For 15+ years I have managed matrix and direct teams of up to 30+ including Project Managers, Architects, Field Consultants, Custom Developers, and Trainers, delivering 200+ projects per year and $10M+ in revenues. I have stayed hands-on in every role, directly managing hundreds of successful customer projects. Overseeing and coordinating global teams in India and Eastern Europe, together with consultants in all US time zones, I have prided myself on delivering the highest level of service and availability to customers. At Venafi I opened the Asia-Pacific region and partnered with sales to close the first deal of $1M including $250K in services. At Tumbleweed Communications I assumed successively increasing responsibility to Sr Director of Professional Services as the company grew from 20 to 350+ employees and $60M in sales. I oversaw and drove all Services Operations globally, delivering enterprise software solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Without a strong sales pipeline, profitability suffers, thus, I collaborated closely with sales building solid rapport and communications with Account Executives and external Partners as Trusted Advisor to the customer. This partnership supported accurate understanding of customer problems and requirements, defining the proper solutions, and successfully selling the value to close the deal (including many deals over $1M+).
