- Audit of local Statutory Financial Statements
- Review of internal control compliance
- Review and audit of Managing General Agents and Third Party Administrators
- Assistance to clients through regulatory audits from NAIC and State Insurance Commissioners
- Detailed knowledge of Statutory Annual Statements (Yellow Books)
• Extensive experience with development, implementation, and review of internal controls over financial reporting, including SOX 404. Selected clients include Publicis, Schneider Electric, Safran, SCOR, and Paris Re
• Participated in due diligence for the £7.4 billion acquisition of Allied Domecq Wines (Mumm, Courvoisier, Malibu) by Pernod Ricard, in association with Fortune Brands and Diago. Consulting for the resale of the restaurant businesses (Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins) to private equity firms for $2.4 billion
• Other consulting work on revenue recognition issues, contract reviews, and due diligence for international clients
