The Principal Executive, Charles Rein, began his career in Houston Texas and focused and developed the Chemical Engineering and Process Automation business for Fortune Personnel consultants from 1979 to 1984.
Key clients and placements were Exxon, Mobil, Shell, Celanese, ICI, Amerada Hess, GE Plastics, Simulation Sciences, Fisher, Foxboro, Rosemount, Honeywell and many other related Process and Automation clients. The Positions were Process Engineer, Process Development, Process Controls, Research, Technical Services, and Account Executives.
Charles Rein started his own Search firm in Syracuse NY in 1984 as ChemSpec Recruiters and developed Local and National Clients in many Engineering and Information Technology Disciplines. Clients included; Bristol Myers, GE aerospace,
Fisher Controls, WR Grace, Ketjen Catalyst, Mobil Research & Engineering, EMC Systems, Texas Instruments, ARCO, Niagara Mohawk, MONY, Clean Room Technologies, Westinghouse, US Steel, Nabisco, etc.
The Firm has been actively recruiting in North Carolina as Charles Rein Associates since 1997 and has added many clients in the Business Intelligence, Datawarehouse, and Customer Relationship Management. The areas of software applications include Business Directors, Architects, Project Managers, Developers and Consultants for Boutique consulting firms. Recent International activity has included placements in Project Control Engineering in Calgary, Canada and Abu Dhabi.
