I am a visionary leader with over 15 years of experience in leadership, management and consulting. I have a unique approach for analysis that provides significant improvement to a business. I use a holistic approach that determines the optimized business strategy based on the company’s core competency. Then I determine how to interpret that strategy into what needs to be done.
My approach to clients is derived from my experience of being "thrown cold" into very difficult situations requiring me to turnaround a business, solve a major problem, implement major changes or implement organizational changes. My work is designed to bring solid results to every client or employer I work with. I am self motivated, driven, and determined to ensure successful outcomes. The value that I can provide comes from my ability to quickly understand the organization's business, its industry, specific pain points and most importantly, its culture.
I have extensive experience and expertise in portfolio management, business process improvement, IT management and governance, technical project and program management, organizational change management, investment and strategic planning.
