    For nearly 25 years, Bruce Gingrich has performed as the CEO and owner of Lifechek Drug. Also its founder, he established the organization after earning a bachelor of science in pharmacy from the University of Houston. From a single pharmacy in Richmond, Texas, he grew Lifechek to become the nation's biggest independently owned drug store chain with more than 30 locations and specialized compounding pharmacy assets. Additionally, Bruce Gingrich has expanded his ownership portfolio to include pubs across the state, such as his most recent acquisition The Pub Fountains in Stafford. Along with his professional accomplishments as CEO, Gingrich enjoys giving back to his community. Aware of the various concerns of his customers, he has visited lawmakers in Washington, D.C., to discuss how to best serve their constituency in this field. A regular donor to charitable groups, he gives hundreds of thousands of dollars to myriad organizations and attends numerous philanthropic events annually. Following the 2010 Haiti earthquake, he personally flew his own plane to deliver medicine and volunteer medical professionals to the devastated nation. Among his philanthropic pursuits, Bruce Gingrich considers Fort Bend Cares the group to which he gives the greatest attention. This entity assists children in need throughout Fort Bend County, Texas.
