    Bruce Furst graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Political Science. Upon securing a Juris Doctor, Bruce Furst was recruited by the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA). With the MLBPA, Bruce Furst began his professional work with intellectual properties. Bruce Furst remained with the MLBPA for over a decade, garnering extensive experience as in-house Licensee. Three years into his employment with the MLBPA, the Paramount Pictures Film Library hired Bruce Furst in a similar capacity. At Paramount Pictures, Bruce Furst continued to build a comprehensive record of successful film and music licensing as well as the merchandising of licensed products. Bruce Furst remained with Paramount and the MLBPA until 1999, at which point he left both companies to start his own. In 2000, Bruce Furst founded the Ashber Corporation. For more than 10 years, President Bruce Furst has managed negotiations for major film and music licensing and distribution projects through his own firm. In 2006, Bruce Furst produced Sony BMG Music Entertainment’s number one selling album globally in the category of Holiday Music Compilation: Christmas Classics: Yesterday, Today & Forever. Bruce Furst collaborated with world-class artists like Tony Bennett, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, and Luther Vandross to create the winning collection. Additionally, Bruce Furst has served as Executive Producer for a number of films, including Fly Kidz, which starred The Twilight Saga’s Boo Boo Stewart. Soon to become a radio host as well, Bruce Furst is in the process of creating a daily syndicated radio program. Bruce Furst works and resides in Austin, Texas.
