Researched AT&T post divestiture position in new, competitive environment, responded to AT&T mission with a new product idea, EZ promoting "UNIX User Universe" Mastered complex development environment & overall operations as liason with key organizations to simplify & allign goals. Created EZ system - a standardized database-driven interface to UNIX based systems. Managed 100 people with EZ "One Minute Manager" leadership style, gaining enthusiasm, inspiration & enthusiasm & cooperation of multi-talented professionals. Directed & produced an audio visual tape presentation.

StarEnterprise SEED:

Piloted "Accelerated Life Cycle" phenomena with EZ contract processor, WBS, CPM, executable specification & interactive vision. Improved competitive analysis using EZ system for presentation to Board of Directors. Established integrated SDE operations on AT&T 3B20 Genesis for the specific needs of a new high tech venture.
