    Philanthropist Blaine Pollock serves as Founder of Three Rivers Provider Network. Founded in 1996 and incorporated in 1998, the health insurance network has grown to include more than 1,500,000 locations throughout the United States, making it one of the largest proprietary preferred provider organizations in the country. Blaine Pollock’s capable senior management team boasts an average of 17 years of experience in the health care industry. Three Rivers Provider Network works with more than 5,000 hospitals and 70,000 ancillary facilities and makes its services available to roughly 10 million people. Before beginning his work with Three Rivers Provider Network, Mr. Pollock acted as a contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association. Among other individual players, Mr. Pollock has represented two-time NFL MVP quarterback Randall Cunningham as well as five-time Pro Bowl/Super Bowl champion running back Ricky Watters, and two-time heavyweight boxing champion of the world George Foreman. Blaine Pollock began his education at Concordia University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. He went on to receive his Master of Divinity from the Concordia Theological Seminary. Dedicated to providing help to those in need, Mr. Pollock provides support to numerous charitable organizations, including the Alpha Project, United Healthcare Children’s Foundation, and the World Health and Education Organization Foundation.
