I partner with RIM's talent acquisition professionals to create candidate generation strategies. Using online recruiting sources, my role is to identify and recruit talent folks who with niche skill sets for technical and corporate professional opportunities. I strive to develop and maintain a network of contacts within social networking groups and other public organizations and to build relationships with talented individuals for current and anticipated job openings.
• Provide full-cycle recruiting support
• Recruits, interviews, screens, and refers job candidates for nursing home corporate positions as well as care facilities including administrators, directors of nursing, RN's, LPN's, and CNA's
• Utilizes online recruiting sources and Boolean searches to identify and recruit candidates
• Develops and maintains network of contacts within social networking and other public organizations to identify and solicit referrals for qualified candidates and potential sourcing avenues
• Partner with leadership and provide consultation to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills

• Provide full-cycle recruitment for Travelocity’s Partner Marketing, COO and Travelocity Business organizations
• Manage 25-30 exempt and non-exempt requisitions, filling an average of 10 requisitions per month
