Launched the firm in 1997 after leaving a distance learning services marketing position in public television. (KCTS Seattle - Learning Services) to address a new world of newly emergent communications, learning strategies and technologies - e.g. Internet, web, e-commerce, virtual reality, e-marketing, web video, e-learning and face-to-face, real-time Internet conferencing (mid-tier priced client/server architectures) and peer-to-peer grassroots architectures ($0-49 per year). As a woman and minority owned micro-business ourselves, we were initially most successful supporting small-to-medium size businesses with long-term consulting services, that is until we got involved in the Internet conferencing systems marketplace. We also did a great deal of pro bono work in the not-for-profit sector at the time.

Now after abandoning a "hardware/software/systems sales" focus altogether, (though it was a great learning experience), our most recent work has involved research and development work in the areas of phenomenology ( e.g. "re-thinking" the nature of our now 21st century reality in light of quantum physics)..and breaking through with virtual transportation, virtual architecture, and innovative, value-rich "blue ocean" strategies and applications for broad-based social and organizational change, authentic environmental stewardship... and citizen-authored self-mediation, accomplished via "social (Inter-) networking"... and of course we intend to continue "re-thinking" the workplace itself...that many people and organizations ...and the world .. continue to pay so dearly for.. as victims of their own myopic view of the world as being only and primarily "physical".

Also of this of course necessitates accelerated learning on both an intimately personal level... as well as on a global scale, so instructional systems design (ISD) in our now 21st century world... is now a key focus of ours... as well as a means of practical sustenance and relevance as we continue to move forward. Social networking architectures such as this can certainly help ...IF they can successfully address and navigate the "monetizing" hurdles ahead.
