Anthony Pierpont

With over 20 years of experience in a variety of professional pursuits, residential and commercial real estate agent Anthony Pierpont serves at Bridge Realty. He advises clients in a number of short- and long-term real estate and financial considerations, seeking to help them achieve success in a changing credit market. Anthony Pierpont studied economics and accounting at Santa Barbara City College.

In 1988, Anthony Pierpont began working as a banquet waiter at Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara, California. From there, Pierpont gained additional experience as a server, sales coordinator, kitchen supervisor, and trainer with the City Broiler Restaurant. He then leveraged his experience toward a role as a Food and Beverage Manager at Radisson Hotel Santa Barbara. In this capacity, he supervised a number of conferences, weddings, and meetings from 1993 to 1994. Demonstrating careful attention to detail, he received a promotion to Restaurant Manager with the hotel’s own Bistro 1111 in 1994.

As Restaurant Manager, Anthony Pierpont took the initiative of implementing his new marketing plan, which placed heavy emphasis on guest service and massively improved customer satisfaction. As Banquet Manager from 1993 to 1998, he oversaw a number of lucrative conventions and events on and off the hotel premises, serving high-profile guests and corporations, including MTV, former President George W. Bush, and the Discovery Channel.

Today, Anthony Pierpont owns and manages Royal Commercial Capital, a financial firm that focuses on providing unique lending services for small and large businesses.
