As Director of Integration, Test & Evaluation, I am responsible for supervising daily QA activities, coordination of in-house / outsource product testing, project management and the integration of new technologies into PACSTAR products. Under my direction, the IT&E department successfully supported certification testing of the PACSTAR 3500 & 5500 deployable communications products by the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) which allowed their sale into the US military.

2000 - 2005During my tenure as Director of Engineering, the Engineering department established and expanded the client services offering, absorbed the Information Technologies department and developed the PACSTAR 5500 & 3500 deployable communications products. My efforts contributed to PACSTAR being chosen as the “#1 Fastest Growing Company in Oregon” by Oregon Business Magazine (September 2005), into VAR Business Magazines “Top 500 VARs” (June 2004) and the #3 “Fastest Growing VAR in the US” by CRN Magazine (September 2003). In addition to supporting company growth from ~$4M (2000) to ~$50M (2005), I conceived and assisted in the development of a product that allowed PACSTAR to receive an additional $6M to fund the new Products division.
