"A Katrina Moment” relates the tale of two lovers who survive Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Throughout the days of the storm the two band together with other survivors and create a society free of prejudice. Katrina wielded catastrophic destruction, but this contrasts sharply with the depth of humanity that is created.

This is my second book. The first "No Place to Call Home" tells the story of my father's experiences in the Soviet labor camps in Siberia and his eventual war experiences. "No Place to Call Home" is scheduled for release in October.
