Career path would be to successfully accomplish my current assignment in the support and growth of our College, Corporate, Operations and Executive Recruitment as well as growing our Sourcing group. I am currently responsible for upgrading our divisional employee referral program. I would very much enjoy getting more involved with other areas of HR and continuing my career path in a leadership role.
