Nagpal brings more than two decades of experience in investment banking to the global investment management company. The firm uses state-of-the-art risk management and trading infrastructure and employs a broad array of trading and investment strategies that have produced returns that have not been correlated to the general market. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Ajay Nagpal is part of a team that has responsibility for more than $23 billion in assets and 1,600 employees around the globe.

Nagpal attended Brown University, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and South Asian Studies. After a period as Head of Fixed Income Derivatives Marketing for Financial Institutions, Nagpal moved to Lehman Brothers as Managing Director and Head of Liquid Market Sales in Fixed Income.
