Providing language services since 1995, beautyterm.com founder Agnes Meilhac combines hands-on market expertise and solid professional preparation in translation, obtained at one of the world's leading translation schools, Ecole Superieure d'Interpretes et de Traducteurs (ESIT) in Paris.
With 15 years of experience, she has gained extensive experience in the field of beauty care and cosmetics, working with many leading French brands, ranging from pharmaceutical laboratories to natural and organic companies as well as major names in selective luxury cosmetics.
Agnes is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania (MA in German Literature, 1989), New York University (MA in French Literature, 1992) and ESIT.
She is the Editor of the Gotham Translator, the New York Circle of Translators’ newsletter, and has been a speaker at the annual ATA conferences in NYC and Denver, CO. Agnes lived and worked in France from 1990 to 2001.
