For the past six years, business professional Adam Galland has run the customer relationship management technology firm Innovative Matrix, based in San Clemente, California, which provides businesses a way to streamline customer relations, either in presentations or invoices. Founded by Adam Galland and his brother, Innovative Matrix operates with the philosophy of developing a versatile, reliable, and responsible customer relationship management (CRM) system. With regard to reliability, Innovative Matrix and Adam Galland developed the CRM solution for accessibility on a 24/7 basis, and the team backs the system with a skilled and responsive support staff. Innovative Matrix’s CRM system also allows a great deal of versatility and flexibility to customize the technology to a client’s specific business needs. Most importantly, Adam Galland maintains a high degree of accountability, ensuring that Innovative Matrix as a firm communicates honestly and in an upfront fashion about costs and deadlines, working to meet both. Prior to Innovative Matrix, Adam Galland owned and operated Dirty Worx, one of the largest privately held waste management companies in the United States, gaining an understanding of CRM in the process. With Innovative Matrix, Adam Galland developed a CRM system from scratch after receiving large numbers of sales, creating a top-of-the-line CRM solution that could benefit any client. Adam Galland designed Innovative Matrix’s online CRM solution to address any need that a client may have. Innovative Matrix’s system streamlined the transactions process, including billing, fully detailed accounting, and a database for customer information and history. Adam Galland also developed Innovative Matrix’s CRM system to feature a page to view real-time statistics related to each purchase and a page to manage processing accounts to load-balance to the clients’ limits. Adam Galland and Innovative Matrix also offer website hosting for clients, and can design the Web pages holding clients’ stores and billing processors.
